The e-Berlingo is offered with a 50kWh battery pack. Only 45kWh of the capacity can be used to drive the van. Citroen claims a WLTP range figure of 171 miles, but in real world testing, we’d expect to get between 120-150 miles depending on load and external temperatures.

Yes. The e-Berlingo currently (Feb 2022) qualifies for a Government grant of £2,500 off the purchase price. This applies to all models in the range, including the crew van.
Will there be a Citroen e-Berlingo with a bigger battery option?
There’s no suggestion that Citroen is planning to offer the e-Berlingo with a bigger battery. And, given that the biggest battery across the entire Citroen range is 50kWh, it’s unlikely that a larger pack will be offered any time soon.
