Nissan to increase Leaf prices from July 5th

Nissan has told its dealers that all Leaf prices are to rise on July 5th and the specifications of some models will also change. This rise is on top of the loss of the £1,500 government grant which has affected the most popular versions of the car.

The 39kWh Acenta will have a £500 increase to £28,995, meaning it is now £2,000 more than it was a month ago. All 59kWh versions will have a £1,500 price increase. However, there is no change in prices for the 39kWh N-Connecta or Tekna. All orders taken up to the 4th July will also be price protected.

In addition, all N-Connecta models will have the synthetic leather/part cloth trim replaced with an entirely cloth trim, due to a shortage of the fake hide material. It will retain the standard Heat Pack with heated seats and steering wheel.
