Most Grandlands will be sold as company cars and will be on a three to four year replacement cycle, so they’re not expected to hit the market for some time yet in any numbers. But Vauxhall dealers are already keen to sell off their demonstrators and even a few unregistered brand new cars at a decent discount. A quick trawl of the internet found £6,000 off a top-spec model which had only delivery mileage and hadn’t been registered yet.
These discounts when new mean the car will be worth less when you come to sell though. A Grandland which has average mileage is expected to be worth less than 40% of its new list price when it’s three years old.
